What does the provision of pharmaceutical care entail? Come join us for this workshop to learn the nuts and bolts of doing medication therapy management for our patients, including identifying and resolving drug-related problems, providing patient education, ensure appropriate monitoring and follow-up in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
